Updates on changes for 2023
With much consideration of rising costs and years of effort into my program I have decided to make some changes to puppy prices beginning with litters born after January 2023.
Puppies of any breed will be base priced at $1000. This has been my pricing for a while now on both Corgis and Border Collies and will remain the same to a degree. Our puppies will no longer come with breeding rights at base pricing and puppy prices will be determined based on the litter. Breeding rights will be optional or may be purchased later for the additional fee. Breeding rights will be $500 more. An additional agreement will be signed separately at point of sale understanding these terms. As 2023 litters arrive this agreement will be posted on the website for viewing.
Dilute Border Collies has been a selective effort and ongoing for 6 years of my program. Because of these efforts and genetics purchased and stud fees paid puppies will be priced based on the litter and could vary.
Puppy Terms
Our Border Collie & Corgi Puppies are warrantied for One year for life threatening congenital or hereditary issues. We encourage potential clients to review these terms on the Agreements page. You will be asked to sign this warranty at purchase.
We also want our potential clients to understand that while we strive to make the best choices in Health, Working Ability & Temperament that many factors can influence the results in your puppy’s life. We do not offer a guarantee on size, color,hair,ears,temperament or working ability.
Shipping
Our Puppies & working dogs have been placed in a large part of US as well as 2 placements in Honduras. The green highlighted section shows non placement states! The cost of shipping is additional to puppy prices and can vary from $400-$600 on average and more if you choose a flight nanny or ground transport at long distances.
Air Cargo flights are now quoted at $450- This includes crate, health certificate, travel, booking, flight etc. I make all arrangements- you only have to pick up at airport on arrival!
In cabin flights- you may fly in cabin and pay fees to airline to allow your pup to return with you. I can off some guidance but all booking and arrangements will be up to you. We will be happy to meet you at the airport upon arrival.
Flight nanny- a service is paid to fly with your pup in cabin and hand deliver pup to you at the airport. This service is arranged by the provider.
Ground Transport..... you may travel to our nearby town to meet OR arrangements can be made to pay a provider. Please note.... transports are NOT a direct service. A private passage may be arranged but costs are quoted based on a route.... the routes are determined based on bookings and the provider may have to adjust their routes as needed. This process could mean flexibility in your schedule as well as understanding that the provider is not only traveling but also cleaning crates and pups and needing to rest themselves as they travel.
Border Collie Prices
Our puppies are $1000 As a base price. Some puppies or litters may vary.
DEPOSITS: Any deposits received are not refundable but places you in order on a waiting list for Corgis or Border Collies (please specify). We can not guarantee hair coat unless it is a litter out of 2 long haired parents or a litter that will only produce short hair. If you choose to send a deposit you are committing to purchase a future pup however long it takes to fulfill that. Puppies are not “made to order”, we cannot guarantee at any point a long haired red merle female with blue eyes (example of specifics that we don’t wish to try to honor). If you are very specific about the appearance, we feel it’s best for you to seek out a breeder that has a current available puppy 🐶. We do understand the desire for specific traits and there is no judgement for that, however we prefer people choose puppies from our program based on the selections we’ve worked hard for in work, health and temperament .
We choose to keep puppies back from many litters to evaluate and may have some to offer at a variety of ages & prices accordingly. Most of our pups are reserved by 4 weeks old or before.
started dogs base price is $1500
this price is Base to reflect a dog with minimal training & skill but some understanding of handling & basic commands. Price varies per individuals talents.
ALL prices include any applicable sales tax! ANY fees charged through electronic payments are the responsibility of the buyer.
